Ecco alcune delle nostre ricette preferite che utilizzano la grappa Montanaro in ogni piatto!

Apperitivo

Venerdi Sera

1 / 3 succo di limone

2/3 Grappa Montanaro

10 Mirtilli, schiacciati

Zucchero di canna

In shaker crushed blueberries and brown sugar,  Mix  all with ice cubes.
Serve in a flute glass…..

 

 

Antipasto

Bonbon di gorgonzola

Mash 300 g of Gorgonzola into a puree with a fork.
Combine with 100 g of softened butter until evenly mixed.
Season with pepper and a dash of Grappa Montanaro.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator and then, with wet hands, form the cheese mixture into balls the size of a walnut.
We roll the balls on the chopped parsley and mint, arrange on a serving plate and keep refrigerated until ready to serve with an aperitif

 

 

Primo

Spaghetti Frutti di mare

300 g vongole
250 g cozze
250 g sea snails
100 g vongole a raso
1 / 3 bicchiere di Grappa
300 g pasta, spaghetti
150 g pomodori
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove aglio
1 fresh peroncino
1 pinch oregano
1 tablespoon prezzemolo, tagliato

Metodo:

Sauté in a large pan, in olive oil, garlic and sliced ​​fresh chilli, but no seeds, together with a large pinch of oregano. Mix in the already fried clams and mussels flushed, then the sea snails, and finally the razor clams cold already open. Drizzle everything with the  Grappa, stir, then cover and cook for about 3 minutes, until the full opening of all of the molluscs. Combine spaghetti, boiled, drained, but when there are about 2 minutes at the end of their cooking, stir the bottom and cook them until they are cooked but still al dente. Complete with a spoonful of chopped parsley, if desired, with fresh tomatoes cut into small cubes

 

Secondo

Petto di pollo con una salsa di panna

Ingredients:
4 petti di pollo
60 g burro
salvia
1 cup panna
1 bicchiere piccolo Grappa
sale, peppe, farina

Metodo:
Scogliere burro e salvia in padella.
Infarinare il pollo e far cuocere nel burro e salvia.
Quando quasi completamente cotto, aggiungere Grappa (fuoco vivo), aggiungere sale e peppe.
Finalmente, aggiungere la panna, ridurre la fiama e far cuocere per 2 minuti per adensare la salsa.

Piogga di Alba

Combina Nutella con Grappa e servire sul gelato
